Bajaj Avenger 220 Street launched: Cruiser bike for ₹1.29 lakh, 40kmpl mileage and 220cc engine

Bajaj Auto has returned to its popular cruiser series and launched the new Bajaj Avenger 220 Street. This bike is available at a starting price of ₹ 1.29 lakh (ex-showroom), which will prove to be an attractive option for budget cruiser lovers. After the discontinuation of Avenger 160 Street, the company has increased focus on the 220 cc variant.

This bike is a perfect blend of street and cruiser style, which makes it easy to ride on city roads and is also comfortable for long rides. It is also eco-friendly with BS6 Phase 2 and E20 compliant engine. Taking forward the strong legacy of the Avenger series, the new Street 220 comes with modern features, better performance and attractive design. Bajaj has introduced it in two color options. Design

The new Bajaj Avenger 220 Street has been given a cruiser-inspired sportster look. It has a long wheelbase, low-slung seat and a muscular fuel tank, which gives the rider road presence. LED headlamps, blackout elements and sporty graphics give it a modern touch. The handlebar position is comfortable, while the rearview mirrors and wheel design make it street-friendly. The total weight is approximately 160 kg, which makes handling easy.

Features

The bike includes digital instrument cluster, LED lighting and single channel ABS. For comfort, a low slung seat (about 725 mm) and relaxed riding posture have been provided.
