Dr. Manish Taneja shared this video on social media. In this, he narrates a real road accident case to the voice-based agent of Google’s AI tool Gemini and asks for clinical guidance.<\/p>\n
In the video, the doctor tells that a 42-year-old man has been on ventilator for several days with a head injury after a serious road accident. The patient has fever, the need for oxygen has increased and new shadows are visible in the chest X-ray.<\/p>\n
The AI \u200b\u200bagent calmly replied that these symptoms could point towards ‘Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia’. This is a lung infection, which can occur in patients who are on ventilator for a long time. AI explained its point by linking fever, changes in X-ray, increasing infection markers and the need for oxygen.<\/p>\n

The matter did not stop here. The doctor shared the lab report, in which there was information about drug-resistant bacteria being found. He asked which medicines should be given as per international guidelines. The AI \u200b\u200beven told the names, options and dosages of the suggested medicines within a few seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n
