It competes with cars like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Maruti Grand Vitara in the compact SUV segment. The design of Sierra gives a modern touch with a retro look. Bold front grille, muscular body and premium features. Large touchscreen, premium material and advanced safety features have been provided in the interior.<\/p>\n<h3>What updates to expect?<\/h3>\n<p>The currently available variants have 1.5-litre turbo petrol and diesel engines, which give good performance. But considering the demand of buyers, Tata is accelerating work on CNG and AWD versions. The CNG version will be attractive to those seeking fuel efficiency and low running costs, especially in cities where CNG is easily available.<\/p>\n<p>The AWD version will provide better grip off-road and in bad weather, which will keep the 4\u00d74 heritage of the original Sierra alive. The ARGOS platform supports AWD and if demand is good then it can be launched in 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Which SUV will it compete with?<\/h3>\n<p>Maruti Victoris already offers Petrol, Strong Hybrid, CNG and AWD options. Tata&#8217;s new CNG or AWD version will directly target the same. This may further increase the sales of Sierra.
