Royal Challengers Bengaluru opened its IPL 2026 season with a thumping six-wicket win over Sunrisers Hyderabad at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on March 28.<\/p>\n

Led by half-centuries from Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal, Rajat Patidar\u2019s men hauled down SRH\u2019s total of 202 in 15.4 overs, with six wickets and 24 balls to spare. In doing so, it completed the fastest 200+ chase in IPL history.<\/p>\n

It took the record of Rajasthan Royals, which chased down 210 against Gujarat Titans with 25 balls in hand last season in a game notable for Vaibhav Suryavanshi\u2019s maiden IPL century.<\/p>\n
