Josh Hazlewood was not available for the marquee clash between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Chennai Super Kings at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Hazlewood, who is yet to feature for RCB in this IPL 2026 season, is still gaining match fitness.<\/p>\n

Jacob Duffy will continue to take the new ball with Bhuvneshwar Kumar, as captain Rajat Patidar confirmed that RCB will play an unchanged lineup.<\/p>\n

Hazlewood has been nursing hamstring and Achilles problems for which he missed the Ashes series as well as the T20 World Cup 2026 for Australia.<\/p>\n

Royal Challengers have been asked to bat first after Chennai Super Kings won the toss and opted to field. CSK, too, is also playing with an unchanged playing XI.<\/p>\n
