According to reports, the cause of the problem could be continuous activity of the CPU. Usually, when the phone is not in use, the CPU goes into Deep Doze mode, which saves battery. But due to this bug, the CPU keeps working continuously in the background and the battery drains quickly.<\/p>\n

One user claimed that his phone lost a lot of battery in just 5 to 6 hours even in airplane mode. At the same time, some tech users say that the Exynos baseband or GNSS module is continuously keeping the system active, due to which the battery drain is increasing.<\/p>\n

Google has accepted this problem. The company has asked affected users to send detailed bug reports so that the real reason can be found. At present the company has not released any fix, but it is expected that its solution can be found in the next update of May 2026.<\/p>\n
