\u201cThis is to inform you that the Board of Control for Cricket in India has approved the participation of Mr. Arjun Tendulkar and Mr. Siddhant Addhatrao in the T20 Mumbai League \u2013 Season 4,\u201d stated a communication from the Mumbai Cricket Association to franchise operators, accessed by Sportstar.<\/i><\/p>\n
\u201cAccordingly, both the above-mentioned players shall be included in the Auction Pool.\u201d<\/p>\n
Addhatrao, who made his Ranji Trophy debut in the 2024-25 season, turned out for Pondicherry last year, while Tendulkar has been representing Goa in domestic cricket over the past few seasons.<\/p>\n
As per MCA rules, a local player returning after featuring as a guest for another association is required to undergo a mandatory one-year cooling-off period. However, MCA secretary Unmesh Khanvilkar clarified that the clause would not apply in this case.<\/p>\n
\u201cSince they have not participated in the T20 league organised by the association of their respective teams, the BCCI has allowed them to participate in the T20 Mumbai League,\u201d Khanvilkar told Sportstar<\/i> on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
Addhatrao confirmed that he has submitted the required No-Objection Certificate.<\/p>\n
\u201cI just want to enjoy Mumbai cricket, be it First-Class, T20 Mumbai or maidan cricket.\u201d<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Tulshidas Shetye said that Tendulkar has not yet sought an NOC, with the Goa Cricket Association yet to finalise its guest players for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n
Tendulkar is currently part of the Lucknow Super Giants squad in IPL 2026.<\/p>\n
