The T20 Mumbai League auction on Saturday saw franchises invest heavily in proven domestic and maidan performers, with a clear tilt towards allrounders and top-order batters capable of influencing multiple phases of the game.<\/p>\n

Leading the list was SoBo Mumbai Falcons\u2019 acquisition of Akash Parkar for \u20b912 lakh \u2014 a move that underlined both intent and recall value. Parkar was among the standout performers of the 2025 edition, and his ability to contribute with both bat and ball made him one of the most sought-after names this time around.<\/p>\n

ARCS Andheri followed a targeted approach, snapping up wicketkeeper-batter Prasad Pawar for \u20b911.50 lakh and allrounder Musheer Khan for \u20b911 lakh, while also bringing in Arjun Tendulkar for \u20b910 lakh to bolster their pace-bowling depth. Tendulkar fetched a price that was five times his base price of \u20b92 lakh.<\/p>\n

MSC Maratha Royals strengthened their middle order with hard-hitter Chinmay Sutar (\u20b99.50 lakh) and pacer Irfan Umair (\u20b99 lakh), while North Mumbai Panthers invested in consistency, picking pacer Vaibhav Mali and allrounder Ayush Vartak for \u20b99 lakh each.<\/p>\n

SoBo also added firepower with opener Ishan Mulchandani (\u20b98.50 lakh), indicating a strategy built around aggressive batting.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in the women\u2019s auction, 16-year-old Ira Jadhav touched the 10-lakh bracket as the powerhitter was acquired for Rs. 10 lakh ahead of the inaugural T20 Mumbai Women\u2019s League.<\/p>\n
