Fast-bowling triumvirate of Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood, and Pat Cummins all joined their franchises late, while Cameron Green\u2019s bowling workload was managed by Cricket Australia.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>However, former India international Sanjay Manjrekar feels that the Australian winning mentality explains why they are in such high demand among IPL franchises.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Australians are the players that you want. If you reach the playoffs and the finals, the more Australians that you have, the better it is,\u201d Manjrekar said on        <i>Sportstar\u2019s <\/i><b>Insight Edge<\/b> podcast. \u201cIt\u2019s the championship DNA that we all want from them.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"inline_embed article-block-item\"><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/58JRdBRAbIk?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Manjrekar was particularly effusive in his praise of Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Starc. Hazlewood, who was an integral part of Royal Challengers Bengaluru\u2019s run to its maiden IPL title last year, has begun this season in impressive form again despite coming into the season after a lengthy injury layoff.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJosh Hazlewood might be a hit-the-deck kind of bowler, not suitable for Indian conditions, but he\u2019s got tremendous experience.
