Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.<\/p>\n<p>Saikia explained that the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) had asked for a big amount of complimentary tickets, which was beyond the permissible limit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs per IPL protocol, we are required to provide only 15 per cent of the total seating capacity as complimentary tickets to the host association,\u201d Saikia told        <i>ANI<\/i>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inline_embed article-block-item\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/WATCH?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#WATCH<\/a> | Guwahati, Assam: BCCI Secretary Devajit Saikia says, &#8220;Yesterday, the BCCI and the IPL announced the venues for the playoff matches. We were shocked when we received a response via email from the Karnataka State Cricket Association on May 2nd; in that email, they stated that, over and above the 15 per cent complimentary ticket quota, they would require an additional, substantial allocation of tickets for their members, affiliated clubs, and various others,\u201d Saikia said.<\/p>\n<p>The BCCI official also revealed that KSCA was requesting tickets for their local MLAs.
