On the morning of May 20, WhatsApp web and desktop users faced a major technical problem. Users in many countries, including India, complained that WhatsApp Web was repeatedly crashing, while on opening the desktop app, they were being sent directly to the Facebook login page. This is not the first time this has happened and nor has it happened only with this app. So many times the question arises why this happens suddenly. Every day WhatsApp, Instagram or other apps go down. Sometimes apps do not load or show messages like login or error. Many times this problem occurs in the entire country or the world. So why does this happen?<\/p>\n

1. Server down (most common reason)-<\/strong> Big companies like WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram run thousands of servers (big computers). When there is a technical problem with these servers, there is maintenance or there is a sudden increase in traffic, the app goes down. For example, during festivals, matches or big events, millions of people use the app simultaneously, due to which the server gets overloaded.<\/p>\n

If your mobile data or Wi-Fi is weak, the app may appear to stop suddenly. Many times the 4G\/5G signal keeps coming and going, due to which the app does not work.<\/p>\n
