Its facelift model, launched in 2026, further strengthens the styling, features and premium appeal. This mid-size sedan now comes with a more sporty look, advanced technology and hybrid option.<\/p>\n<p>Prices start at \u20b911.99 lakh and go up to \u20b920.99 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top hybrid variant. Compared to Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Virtus and Skoda Slavia, City is known for its reliability, comfort and resale value. It is perfect for family use and daily commute, in which modern features have also been added. Let us understand this in 5 different highlights.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Sporty update in exterior design<\/h2>\n<p>The front of 2026 City Facelift is more aggressive. Connected LED DRLs, black honeycomb grille, redesigned bumpers and new LED headlights give it a premium look. There are new alloy wheels on the sides and updated bumper and diffuser at the rear. A new Crystal Black Pearl color option has also been added. Overall the car now looks longer and sportier.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Interior and comfort features<\/h3>\n<p>The cabin features a large 9-10.1-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, which supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The new ventilated front seats provide special relief in summers. The interiors offer a premium feel with a 360-degree camera, digital instrument cluster (in higher variants) and better materials. Rear seat space and boot (289 litres) are as practical as ever.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Engine and Performance<\/h3>\n<p>There is no major change in the powertrain. The 1.5 liter i-VTEC petrol engine produces 121 PS power and 145 Nm torque, available with 6-speed MT or CVT. Mileage is 17.77 kmpl in MT and 17.97 kmpl in CVT. The top ZX+ variant gets the e:HEV strong hybrid system, which gives 27.26 KMPL mileage with 126 PS combined power and 253 Nm torque.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Strong pack of safety features<\/h3>\n<p>6 airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, Hill Start Assist and Tire Pressure Monitoring are standard. 360 degree camera is a new addition. Honda Sensing ADAS suite (Adaptive Cruise, Lane Keep Assist etc.) is available in higher variants. It has the strongest safety profile in the segment.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Price, Variants and Target<\/h3>\n<p>Variant options include SV, V, ZX and ZX+. Petrol variants start at \u20b9 11.99 lakh, while the hybrid ZX+ costs around \u20b9 20.99 lakh. This family sedan is best for those buyers who want reliable performance, low maintenance and good resale value.
