Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched its first mainstream electric SUV Urban Cruiser Ebella in India. Its ex-showroom price has been kept at \u20b9 23.60 lakh (single top-spec E3 variant). Ebella is a rebadged version of the already existing Maruti eVitara, which comes with a 61 kWh battery.<\/p>\n
It is quite expensive compared to other electric SUVs in the segment (like Tata Curvv EV, MG ZS EV etc.) and especially Maruti e-Vitara. Despite the eVitara being almost \u20b9 3.5 lakh more expensive than the top variant, Toyota is offering it with premium positioning, better features and brand value. Design and interior<\/h2>\n
Toyota Ebella is based on the new Urban Tech design philosophy. It has a bold SUV stance, hammerhead inspired front, full-LED lighting, aerodynamic body, dual-tone color option and 18-inch alloy wheels. Its look is futuristic and premium, which is suitable for both city and highway.<\/p>\n
The cabin is spacious and dual-tone. Premium finish, ventilated front seats, ambient lighting with 12 color options, panoramic sunroof, JBL premium sound system and sliding and reclining rear seats add to the comfort. There is a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system on the dashboard. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard.<\/p>\n

Its feature list includes panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, JBL audio, multi-color ambient lighting, wireless charging and connected technologies (remote charging control through Toyota i-Connect app, battery monitoring etc.).
