They scare or lure you and ask for OTP. As soon as you give the OTP, your money is transferred secretly. This OTP Scam is spreading rapidly across the country.<\/p>\n

How does the scam work?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The fraudster says: ‘Sir, money is being deducted from your account by mistake, tell me the OTP so that we can stop it.’<\/p>\n

‘Your order needs to be cancelled, verify OTP.’<\/p>\n

‘OTP required for delivery.’<\/p>\n

Sometimes they say that there is a problem with your account or the loan has been approved.<\/p>\n

When you share OTP they transfer money through UPI or bank app.<\/p>\n
