This segment has seen a surge in terms of sales. Let us know about the top-10 cars of last month that a total of 92,837 units were sold. This figure shows an annual increase of 25.29 percent compared to the total 74,100 units sold in May 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Maruti Baleno is at number one in terms of sales. At the same time, sales of cars like Maruti Wagon and Maruti Alto have increased. Apart from this, there has been a decline in the sales of Maruti Swift and Tata Tiago. Let&#8217;s take a look at the model-wise sales report of this segment.<\/p>\n<h2>Maruti Baleno<\/h2>\n<p>Maruti Baleno is at number one in terms of sales. Last month it got a total of 18,396 new customers. This figure shows an annual increase of 58.34 percent compared to the total 11,618 units sold in May 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Ex-showroom price of Maruti Baleno ranges from \u20b9 5.99 lakh to \u20b9 9.17 lakh. Its attractive premium design, spacious interior, features like 9-inch touchscreen, head-up display, 360\u00b0 camera make it stylish. Safety includes 6 airbags, ESP as standard. The 1.2 liter K-series engine produces 90 PS power. Mileage is 22.94 kmpl in petrol and 30.61 km\/kg in CNG.<\/p>\n<h3>Maruti Wagon R<\/h3>\n<p>Maruti Wagon R is at second place in terms of sales. A total of 18,076 units have been sold in May 2026. This figure shows an annual increase of 29.59 percent compared to the total 13,949 units sold in May 2025.<\/p>\n<h3>Maruti Swift<\/h3>\n<p>Maruti Swift is at third place in terms of sales. Last month it got a total of 17,519 new customers. This figure shows an annual decline of 23.94 percent compared to the total 14,135 units sold in May 2025.<\/p>\n<h3>Maruti Alto K10<\/h3>\n<p>In terms of sales, Alto K10 is at number four. A total of 9887 units were sold last month. This figure shows an annual increase of 98.93 percent compared to the total 4970 units sold in May 2025.<\/p>\n<h3>Maruti S-Presso<\/h3>\n<p>On the basis of explosive growth, Maruti Espresso has included its name in the list of top-5 cars of the segment. A total of 6388 units were sold last month.
