In view of the increasing demand for flex-fuel vehicles in India, Yamaha has launched a new flex-fuel version of its FZ series. Yamaha FZ Blue Flex Fuel E85 has been introduced in Delhi at a starting ex-showroom price of \u20b9 1,24,240, while its regular petrol version starts at \u20b9 1,14,760. The new FZ Blue Flex can be run on ethanol blends ranging from E20 to E85.<\/p>\n
This is part of Yamaha’s sustainable mobility strategy, which focuses on electric vehicles as well as alternative fuel technologies. Refueling will be cheaper in comparison to normal petrol. However, power reduces slightly when running on E85. Initially, it will be available at select Blue Square dealerships in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana and Tamil Nadu. Design<\/h3>\n
The design of Yamaha FZ Blue Flex is similar to the standard FZ. It has full-LED projector headlamps, integrated position lamp, muscular fuel tank, aerodynamic extensions, faux air vents, compact exhaust, single-piece seat and LED tail lamp. Metallic Black is available in color option, which gives it a premium and attractive look.<\/p>\n
