The original data read 18 (6.4%), 42 (21%), and 11 (5%), respectively. These have now been removed.<\/p>\n<p>In Table 5, incorrect data was included in the final row in the \u2018HS (n=51)\u2019, \u2018No HS (n=151)\u2019, and \u2018p value\u2019 columns. This data previously read: 15 (26.3%), 66 (45.5%), and 0.01, respectively.
