According to reports, on July 19 suddenly complaints related to Facebook started increasing rapidly. Users also posted on social media that they were facing problems in using the platform. Apart from this, some people have also expressed problems regarding another service of Meta, Instagram.<\/p>\n

According to users, different people are facing different types of problems. Some people are not able to login to Facebook, while for some the website or app is not loading properly. Many people told that their news feed is also not getting updated. However, most of the users have also said that they are facing problems not on the app but on the web platform.<\/p>\n

Complaints increased on DownDetector<\/strong><\/p>\n

A sudden increase in complaints related to Facebook was also recorded on the outage tracking website DownDetector. According to reports, the problems started around 3:34 AM ET US time, and in India the problem started around 1:00 PM IST.<\/p>\n

What did Meta say?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Till the time of writing this news, no official statement has been issued by Meta regarding the reason or reason for this outage. In such cases, the company usually shares information only after investigating the problem.<\/p>\n
