1. Maruti Suzuki Dzire<\/h2>\n

Maruti Dezire maintained its dominance in the sedan segment in June 2026. It recorded impressive sales of 17,899 units, showing an annual growth of 15.6% compared to last year. The main reasons for the popularity of Dzire are its excellent fuel efficiency, low maintenance costs and attractive features. It remains the first choice as a family car. Maruti’s strong dealer network and after-sales service also played an important role in its success. Dzire proved that even a budget sedan can deliver a premium experience.<\/p>\n

Its ex-showroom price starts from \u20b9 6.26 lakh and goes up to \u20b9 9.36 lakh. Its new design is attractive, which includes LED headlamps, wide grille, 15 inch alloy wheels and premium sedan look. The interior is spacious and dual-tone, with good rear seat space and 382 liters of boot space. The top variants have features like 9 inch touchscreen, wireless carplay-Android auto, sunroof, auto AC and 360\u00b0 camera.<\/p>\n

Safety includes 5 star Bharat NCAP rating, 6 airbags, ESP, ABS with EBD and TPMS as standard. The 1.2 liter Z12E petrol engine gives 80 bhp power, mileage is 24.79-25.71 kmpl in petrol and 33.73 km\/kg in CNG. It is comfortable, fuel efficient and a great sedan for the family.<\/p>\n

2.Hyundai Aura<\/h3>\n

Hyundai Aura took the second position in June 2026. It has sold 5,977 units, which is 10.4% more than last year. Aura is known for its modern design, premium interior and advanced safety features. Its popularity has increased especially among young buyers. Hyundai’s aggressive marketing and attractive variants gave Aura a strong position. This model is perfect for those customers who want the right balance of style and performance.<\/p>\n

3.Honda Amaze<\/h3>\n

Honda Amaze stood third in June 2026. Its sales stood at 2,937 units, which shows an impressive growth of 29.2 percent on an annual basis. Amaze once again impressed with its reliability, comfortable ride and spacious cabin. Honda’s brand value and strong engine performance earned it a place in the top-3. Amaze is being liked a lot especially among family users and first-time sedan buyers.<\/p>\n

4. Volkswagen Virtus<\/h3>\n

Volkswagen Virtus took the fourth position in June 2026. Its sales stood at 1,195 units, but the annual growth was negative and a decline of 32.8% was recorded. Virtus is known for its driving dynamics and premium build quality, yet its demand has been affected due to inflation and competition. The company hopes that the situation will improve in the coming months through new variants and offers.<\/p>\n

5. Skoda Slavia<\/h3>\n

Skoda Slavia made fifth position in the top-5. It has sold 1,083 units in June 2026, which is 20.9% more than last year. Slavia is popular for its spacious interiors, powerful engine options and European styling. Its attraction remains among the customers wanting a premium sedan. Skoda’s growing brand presence and good service network led Slavia to positive growth.<\/p>\n

Apart from the top-5 cars of sedan segment mentioned above, 745 units of Honda City, 602 units of Tata Tigor, 554 units of Hyundai Verna and only 191 units of Toyota Camry have been sold. Last month, total sales of top-10 sedans were 31,183 units, which shows an increase of 10 percent year-on-year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
