Nowadays, there is talk of AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence everywhere. Some are saying that there will be no need of humans in the future, while others believe that millions of jobs will be lost. But the opinion of two big experts of AI industry is quite different from this. He says that AI will not replace humans, but will change the way people work. Therefore, instead of being afraid, it is more important to understand new technology and learn new skills.<\/p>\n<div>Don Schuerman, Chief Technology Officer of Pega, says that <a class=\"cp_article_hyperlink\" href=\"https:\/\/hindi.news18.com\/news\/business\/latest-artificial-intelligence-prediction-2030-by-dr-roman-yampolskiy-ai-impact-on-jobs-super-ai-risks-ws-eln-9628579.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AI<\/a> Can do many tasks faster than humans. He can write code, analyze data and complete many business processes automatically. But it cannot decide whether an idea is right for customers or not. According to him, qualities like ability to take right decisions, new thinking and critical thinking are still the biggest strengths of humans.<\/div>\n<p><strong>Jobs will not end, their method will change<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The biggest concern is about jobs because of AI. But experts say that AI will not replace people, but will change the way they work. According to Don Schuerman, AI will do those tasks which are repeated again and again. With this, employees will have more time for creative, strategic and customer related work.<\/p>\n<p>Deepak Visweswaraiah, Managing Director of Pega India, says that history is witness that every new technology has definitely changed some old tasks, but has also created new jobs. He said that many of the jobs people are working in today did not exist 50 years ago. Similarly, in the coming 50 years too, there will be many new jobs, which we cannot even think of today.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the real challenge of AI now?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experts believe that AI models have already become quite strong. Now the biggest challenge is to connect them securely into the companies&#8217; systems. In this, data security, adherence to rules and responsible use of AI will be most important. He says that now it is not enough to just create better AI. It is more important to use it properly in business.<\/p>\n<p><strong>India is becoming a big center of AI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Both experts believe that India is rapidly emerging as a major AI hub of the world. Don Schuerman said that now many multinational companies are carrying out new technology and product development work from their Global Capability Center in India. Due to this, India is becoming a big center of engineering, research and innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Deepak Visvesvaraya says that India has a large number of technology professionals and the use of AI in different sectors is also increasing rapidly. If government, industry and educational institutions work together, India can become the world&#8217;s leading country in the field of AI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Don&#8217;t be afraid, focus on learning new skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Experts say that students and employers do not need to be afraid of AI. They should have a good command over basic things like mathematics, computer science, algorithms and data structures. Along with this, the habit of continuously learning new things is also important. He believes that those who, along with technology, also have understanding of a particular sector like finance, healthcare, manufacturing or law, will have more opportunities in the future.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is Pega AI?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pega AI is the enterprise artificial intelligence platform of Pega Systems. It helps companies automate their operations, understand customer needs and improve business processes. India is an important market for Pega.
