Global hip-hop icon and multi-Grammy Award winner Kanye West, now known as Ye, is officially set to perform in India with a one-day, one-show concert in Delhi. Tickets for the highly anticipated event go live today, February 18 at 4 PM, exclusively on District by Zomato.

According to the organisers, this will be Ye’s only confirmed performance in India, with no additional cities or dates planned as part of the announcement.The show is being organised by Whitefox India in collaboration with Wizcraft Global and Laqshya Media Group, and is being positioned as one of the biggest standalone international music events to be mounted in the country. With India’s live entertainment market growing rapidly, the event is expected to draw massive attention from music fans nationwide.

Ahead of ticket sales, the organisers reported strong early demand, stating that more than two lakh pre-registrations have already been recorded. Industry watchers believe that if the turnout matches expectations, the March 29 event could set a new benchmark for single-artist live concerts in India. Aman Kumar of Whitefox said, “This is more than bringing an international artist to India. Ye is a global cultural force. Hosting him for one exclusive night in Delhi reflects the ambition the Indian live entertainment industry is ready to embrace.”

Shaju Ignatius, CEO of Laqshya Media Group, also called the event “unprecedented” and added that the show will not have a second date or repeat.
