Brook’s ton led England to a two-wicket win, which sealed the side’s semifinal spot in the T20 World Cup 2026.

This is also the first century by an England captain in men’s T20Is.
The previous highest score by a skipper in a men’s T20 World Cup game was 98 by West Indies’ Chris Gayle against India in 2010.
