From voice quality to download speed, Reliance Jio number 1 in Delhi, TRAI report

In the latest report released regarding the quality of mobile network in Delhi Reliance Jio (RJIL) has once again performed brilliantly. This report has been released by the Delhi Regional Office of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Tuesday, February 24, in which companies have been compared on different parameters (KPIs) of voice and data services.

Reliance Jio number 1 in voice quality

First of all, if we talk about voice quality, Jio scored 4.46 points in Mean Opinion Score (MOS), which is the highest compared to all the mobile operators in Delhi. MOS is the scale by which voice clarity and quality is measured during a call.

In this case, Jio secured the first position, leaving behind Airtel (4.03) and Vodafone-Idea (4.4). Apart from this, Jio’s call drop rate was also recorded as the lowest, which means there was less problem of disconnection in the middle of the call.

In other voice parameters like Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR), Call Setup Time (CST) and Call Drop Rate (DCR), Jio stood second, but its difference from the top position was very marginal. It is clear from this that Jio’s voice service is very strong in Delhi.

Jio’s data speed is also super fast

Now talking about data performance, Jio maintained its lead here also. According to the report, in Delhi Reliance Jio The average download speed was 268.54 Mbps, which is the highest. Airtel’s speed was recorded at 245.47 Mbps and VIL’s speed was recorded at 24.51 Mbps. That means Jio remained at the forefront in terms of high-speed internet.

In upload speed, Jio stood second with 23.71 Mbps, while Airtel was ahead with 32.32 Mbps. However, Jio performed well in terms of latency. The 50th percentile latency was 19.31 milliseconds, which is the lowest. Low latency means fast and smooth internet response, especially for online gaming and video calling.

According to this report of TRAI, Jio has proved itself as a reliable network in Delhi by performing strongly in both voice quality and data speed.
