Oura has finally made its entry in the Indian market and the company has launched its latest smart wearable Oura Ring 4. It is a compact health tracker, which comes in the form of a ring worn on the finger and offers many advanced health features. This device will be available for sale on Amazon and Croma from 18th March i.e. today.

Aura Ring 4 is a lightweight and compact health tracker that can track over 50 health and wellness metrics. In this, information related to sleep quality, recovery, daily activity and overall health of the body is available. This ring comes with a titanium body and gives personalized insights to the user with the help of advanced sensors and algorithms.

The special thing is that it adjusts its data according to different skin tones and finger shapes, making tracking more accurate.

Talking about the battery, this device can last for about 8 days on a single charge, although it also depends on the size of the ring. Apart from this, it is water-resistant up to 100 meters, due to which it can be easily worn in everyday use. Users can buy it in more than 12 sizes and 6 color options – Silver, Black, Stealth, Brushed Silver, Gold and Rose Gold.

The starting price of Aura Ring 4 in India has been kept at ₹ 28,900, while the price of the premium variant goes up to ₹ 39,900. Along with this, the company is also offering a membership plan of ₹ 599 per month, through which users get detailed health insights and advanced features.

What was revealed in the sleep report?
Along with the launch, the company also released the report ‘India: The State of Sleep 2026’, in which it was told that Indian people sleep only 6.5 hours on an average, which is less than the required 7-9 hours. According to the report, REM and deep sleep of people is also decreasing, which can affect mental and emotional health.
