According to reports, OnePlus Nord 6 can be launched in the first week of April. The probable date is said to be April 7, although there is no official confirmation from the company yet. After launch, this phone will be available on OnePlus’ official website, Amazon and offline stores.
OnePlus Nord 6 is expected to have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, which will come with 1.5K resolution and 165Hz refresh rate. This is considered to be a big upgrade compared to its previous model.
For performance, it can be provided with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, which will come with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.1 storage.
The battery is going to be quite big
The biggest attraction may be its battery. According to the leak, it can get a large 9000mAh silicon-carbon battery, which will support 80W fast charging and reverse charging.
Talking about camera setup, it can be provided with 50 megapixel primary camera (with OIS), 8 megapixel ultrawide and 32 megapixel front camera. Apart from this, the phone is also expected to get IP68/IP69 rating, due to which it will be safe from water and dust.
There is no official information yet about the price of OnePlus Nord 6, but according to the leak, its starting price can be between ₹ 34,999 to ₹ 40,000. This phone can come in color options like black, mint and silver.
It is being said that OnePlus Nord 6 can be a rebranded version of OnePlus Turbo 6 launched in China. If this happens, then this phone can become the most powerful and battery-focused device in its segment.
If the leaks prove to be true, then OnePlus Nord 6 could prove to be a big game-changer in the mid-range segment. Especially its 9000mAh battery, flagship processor and high refresh rate display can make it different from other smartphones. Now it remains to be seen at what price the company offers these features at the time of launch.
