IPL 2026: List of foreign players for all ten teams

The IPL 2026 season is just around the corner but there are still some overseas players that are yet to join up with their respective squads due to various reasons.

The Australian pace duo of Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Starc are two notable names who will miss the start of the season, owing to injuries with no confirmed date so far on their availability.

SRH captain Pat Cummins, who arrived in India on March 25, will also miss the first half of the season as he recovers from a lumbar bone stress in his back. LSG’s Josh Inglis is another name who will only be available for the second half of the tournament, because of personal reasons.

A slew of Sri Lankan players, including KKR’s Matheesha Pathirana, LSG’s Wanindu Hasaranga, and RCB’s Nuwan Thushara are yet to receive the no-objection certificate (NOC) from the Sri Lankan Cricket Board (SLC) to participate in the competition.

Apart from the already mentioned names, a few players like Nathan Ellis and Sam Curran have been ruled out of from the entire tournament because of injuries, and Ben Duckett has opted out of the tournament to focus on his England career.
