Keeping privacy in mind, Google has said that this feature will be off by default. Users can decide for themselves which apps they want to connect and they can also turn off this feature at any time.

The company says that this data will be used only to answer your questions, it will not be used directly to train the AI ​​​​model.

Currently, this feature is being made available for Google AI Plus, Pro and Ultra subscribers in India. Users can use it on web, Android and iOS platforms and can turn it on by going to the settings of the Gemini app. It will be released to more users in the coming weeks.
