Kia Sales FY2026: Sonet on top, tremendous growth in Seltos-Carens

Kia is continuously performing better in the Indian market. Talking about the sales held last financial year, the company saw a tremendous jump. They have sold a total of 2,89,035 units in FY 2026. This figure shows an excellent growth of 13 percent on an annual basis as compared to 2,55,207 units sold in the financial year 2025.

In terms of sales, Kia Sonet is at number one. This SUV has received huge number of customers throughout the year. Apart from this, demand for Kia Seltos and Kia Carens has also increased. On the other hand, there has been a decline in the sales of Kia Syros and Kia Carnival. Let’s take a look at the company’s model-wise sales report.

Kia Sonet

In terms of sales, Kia Sonet is at number one. This small SUV was bought by 1,14,142 people. This figure represents an annual increase of 14 percent compared to the total 99,805 units sold in FY 2025.

Kia Seltos

Kia Seltos is at second place in the list. In the last financial year, this SUV got 83,747 new customers. This figure represents an annual increase of 15 percent compared to the total 72,618 units sold in FY25.

Kia Cars

Carens is at third place in terms of sales. In the last financial year, this MPV got a total of 76,837 new customers. This figure represents an annual increase of 19 percent compared to the total 64,609 units sold in FY 2025.

Kia Syros

Syros is in fourth place in terms of sales. A total of 13,433 units have been sold in the financial year 2026. This figure shows a decline of 16 percent on an annual basis as compared to the total 15,986 units sold in FY 2025.

Kia Carnival

Despite declining sales, Carnival has registered its name in the top-5 list. Last month it got a total of 874 new customers. This figure shows a decline of 36 percent on an annual basis as compared to the total 1,361 units sold in FY25. Apart from the company’s top-5 cars, only 2 units of Kia EV9 have been sold and Kia EV6 did not find any customer.
