WhatsApp gave a shock to the users, it is removing this feature foreverZoom

Now you will not be able to create avatar in WhatsApp, know the whole matter

WhatsApp is once again going to make a big change. According to reports, the company is now gradually discontinuing its Avatar feature. This is the same feature with the help of which users could create their digital avatar and use it as a profile photo or sticker.

After this new change, users will no longer be able to create a new avatar or edit it. Gradually this option is also being removed from the app’s settings, chat info screen and keyboard. That means, this feature will disappear completely in the coming time.

Earlier WhatsApp had promoted this feature a lot. Users could create custom avatars based on their face, hairstyle, clothes and expressions. Along with this, features like avatar stickers and animation were also added, which could make chatting more fun.

However, despite so many updates, this feature did not become very popular. Most of the users still prefer to use their original photos, emojis and normal stickers. This is the reason why the company is now deciding to remove it.

This feature will be removed gradually
According to reports, this change will not come to all users at once, but is being rolled out gradually. Some users are already getting notifications in the app that Avatar editing is no longer available, while this section has completely disappeared from the phones of many people.

However, one saving grace is that if you have already used Avatar stickers, they will not be completely removed. They will remain in your recent or favorites section and you will be able to use them. This step of WhatsApp shows that the company now wants to focus on only those features which users actually use the most.
