Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay presented with Virat Kohli-signed bat by MRF

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay was pictured posing with a signed bat by Virat Kohli in a photograph that has gone viral on social media on Friday.

The newly-elected head of government posed with an MRF ‘Genius’ bat which was popularised by the former Indian captain.

The prized possession was gifted to the cine star-turned-politican by representatives from the MRF group including Chairman and Managing Director KM Mammen, Vice Chairman and Managing Director Arun Mammen, and Managing Director Rahul Mammen.

Kohli has enjoyed a long association with the MRF brand and has carried the iconic sticker on his bat, following in the footsteps of legends like Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, and Steve Waugh.
