
After the new prices, the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant of Xiaomi Pad 8 will now be available for ₹ 35,999. Its price at the time of launch was ₹ 33,999. Whereas the price of 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant has increased from ₹ 36,999 to ₹ 38,999.
If you want to buy the variant that comes with Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro, then now you will have to spend ₹ 43,999 for it. Earlier its price was ₹ 41,999.
The price of the model with nano texture display has also increased by ₹ 2,000. The 12GB + 256GB Nano Texture variant will now be available for ₹ 40,999, whereas earlier its price was ₹ 38,999. The price of the same model that comes with Focus Pen Pro has now become ₹ 45,999.
The new prices have been updated on the company’s official website. Although Xiaomi has not given the reason for increasing the price, but according to reports, the rising cost of components and challenges related to global chip supply could be the reason for it. Recently, companies like OnePlus, Poco and Lava had also increased the prices of some of their devices.
How are the specifications
Talking about the features, Xiaomi Pad 8 has an 11.2-inch 3.2K display, which supports 144Hz refresh rate and 800 nits peak brightness. Anti-glare and anti-reflective coating is also provided in the nano texture version.
This tablet works on Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. It has up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. For photography, a 13MP rear camera and 8MP front camera has been provided.
Xiaomi Pad 8 has a large battery of 9,200mAh, which supports 45W fast charging. Apart from this, there is also support for quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support and Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro, so that it can be used for laptop-like productivity.
