Motorola launched the Moto Pad 60 Pro last April, and more than a year later, the Lenovo-owned brand has unveiled its successor, named Moto Pad 70 Pro.
The Motorola Moto Pad 70 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC and comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It runs Android 16 out of the box, and Motorola has promised upgrades to Android 17 and 18, in addition to security updates till 2030.

Motorola says the Moto Pad 70 Pro supports 120FPS gaming and comes with Smart Connect, which enables cross-device file sharing and seamless connectivity across compatible smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
The Moto Pad 70 Pro is built around a 13″ 3.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 12-bit color depth, 800 nits HBM brightness, and Dolby Vision support. However, Motorola hasn’t revealed whether the panel is LCD or AMOLED.

Moving on, the Moto Pad 70 Pro features two cameras – one each on the front and back. The rear camera uses a 13MP sensor, while the front camera uses an 8MP sensor.
Fueling the entire package is a 10,200 mAh battery with 45W charging support, even though the tablet comes bundled with a 68W power adapter. The Moto Pad 70 Pro also comes with the Moto Pen Pro stylus in the box; however, the Snap-On Keyboard is sold separately.

Other highlights of the Motorola Moto Pad 70 Pro include quad JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos, a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 2TB, PC Mode, Bluetooth 6.0, and Wi-Fi 7. The tablet doesn’t have LTE connectivity, though.

The Moto Pad 70 Pro is 6.2mm thin, has a metal body, weighs 589g, and comes in a single Pantone Titan color. It has two memory options, though – 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB, priced at INR36,999 and INR39,999, respectively. The 8GB/256GB model costs INR45,999 when it’s purchased with the Snap-On Keyboard as a bundle.

The Motorola Moto Pad 70 Pro will go on sale in India starting July 4 through Motorola’s official website, Flipkart, and retail stores across the country.
