Samsung has launched its new mid-range smartphone Galaxy A27 5G in the global market including India. This phone is the successor of last year’s Galaxy A26 5G and many major upgrades are seen in it. The company has promised to provide 120Hz Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor, 50 megapixel OIS camera and Android updates for 6 years. Its sale in India will start from July 3, although at present the company has not disclosed its Indian price.

Galaxy A27 5G has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate. Due to the large screen and high refresh rate, the experience of watching videos, scrolling social media and gaming will be smoother than before. The phone runs on One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 and Samsung has confirmed to provide it with 6th generation Android OS updates and security updates for 6 years. Because of this, it can also become a good option for long-term use.

Talking about performance, Galaxy A27 5G has Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor built on 4nm process. With this, up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage is supported. If needed, the storage can be increased up to 2TB through microSD card.

The phone has a triple rear camera setup for photography. It has a 50MP primary camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). Apart from this, there is a 5MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro sensor. It has a 12MP front camera for selfie and video calling.

For power, the phone has a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 25W fast charging. Samsung Knox Vault has been provided for security, while IP64 rating keeps it safe from dust and light splashes of water. Talking about AI features, it has support for Circle to Search, Object Eraser, Voice Transcription and AI assistants like Google Gemini, Perplexity and Bixby.

How much will be the price in India
The starting price of Samsung Galaxy A27 5G in America has been kept at $ 349.99 (about ₹ 30,000). This smartphone will be available for sale in India from July 3 in Black, Blue, Light Green and Light Pink colors. However, the Indian price will be announced at the time of launch.
