Jemimah Rodrigues wait for her first half-century at the 2026 edition continued in the in the latest round of fixtures of the Hundred on Monday.

Jemimah, representing Southern Brave, was dismissed for 25 off 21 balls against Welsh Fire at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff.

Jemimah, who came into bat with the scoreboard reading 9/2, pulled her side out of early trouble by stitching together a partnership with Laura Wolvaardt.

However, the middle order mainstay, after striking three boundaries, was caught by Georgia Wareham off Heather Graham’s bowling. The 25-year-old has scored 118 runs off 88 balls in five matches in the ongoing season.

Wolvaardt top-scored with 48 off 45 balls to help Brave finish with 121. The South African’s efforts vent in vain as Welsh Fire won with four wickets to spare.

Heather Graham (35* off 28 balls) and Niamh Holland (12* off 8 balls) stayed at the crease until the very end to help Welsh Fire register chase down the target on the very last delivery.
