Red alert after heavy rain, thunderstorms in parts of Delhi NCR

Heavy rain and thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and winds of 30 to 40 kmph are very likely in several parts of Delhi, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said in an alert around 11 am.
