IND vs SA, 3rd T20I: Hardik Pandya reaches 100 T20I wickets for India 


Hardik Pandya became the third Indian bowler to reach 100 T20 wickets during India’s third T20I against South Africa at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala on Sunday.

The all-rounder raised a century of T20I wickets by removing Tristan Stubbs in the seventh over of the match.

Hardik is the third Indian bowler to reach 100 T20I wickets after Arshdeep Singh and Jasprit Bumrah. Bumrah crossed 100 T20I wickets during the first match of the series in Cuttack, dismissing Dewald Brevis to reach the landmark.

The 32-year-old had taken 99 wickets from 122 matches at an average of 26.81 and an economy rate of 8.24 prior to Sunday night. His best bowling figures are four for 16, taken against New Zealand in Ahmedabad in 2023. He has also scored 1939 runs with bat in hand at an average of 28.10 and a strike rate of 141.53.

Arshdeep Singh – 108 wickets in 71 matches

Jasprit Bumrah – 101 wickets in 82 matches

Hardik Pandya – 100 wickets from in 123 matches

Yuzvendra Chahal – 96 wickets from 80 matches

Bhuvneshwar Kumar – 90 wickets from 87 matches
