In addition, the company on Tuesday celebrated India’s win at the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 by gifting the first units of the Tata Sierra to members of the Indian Women’s Cricket Team. The SUVs were presented during a felicitation ceremony in Mumbai attended by senior leadership from the Tata Group and Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles.

The ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 champion team with N. Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Sons & Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd.(TMPVL), and Shailesh Chandra, MD & CEO, TMPVL, alongside the newly launched Tata Sierra SUV.
The Tata Sierra features a boxy design inspired by the original model, updated with contemporary styling elements. The front fascia includes gloss-black accents connecting the LED headlamps and daytime running lights to the Tata logo and Sierra badge, along with a bumper-mounted skid plate and fog lamps.
Inside, the Sierra offers a premium cabin highlighted by a three-screen dashboard and a four-spoke steering wheel shared with the Tata Curvv. Key features include a JBL audio system, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and ventilated front seats. The interior also incorporates soft-touch materials and practical comfort-oriented features.
The Sierra is available with multiple powertrain options, including a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, a naturally aspirated petrol engine, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, paired with both manual and automatic transmissions. Higher variants are equipped with Level 2 ADAS, connected car technology, powered seats, and a powered tailgate.
Positioned above the Tata Curvv, the Sierra competes in the C-SUV segment against models such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Carens Clavis, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Toyota Hyryder.
