Under-19 Asia Cup 2025: Which team will India face in the semifinals?

India defeated Malaysia by a whopping 315 runs in its final group-stage match on Tuesday to qualify for the Under-19 Asia Cup semifinals as the only unbeaten team from Group A.

The Ayush Mhatre-led side will face the runner-up from Group B in the last-four. Bangladesh and Sri Lanka won their first two games in that group and faced off to determine the topper on Wednesday.

Bangladesh put up 225 after being inserted by the Lankans. Shahriar Ahmed and Iqbal Hossain Emon then picked three wickets each to restrict Sri Lanka to 186 and win by 39 runs.

Since Sri Lanka finished in second place in Group B, it will be India’s opponent in the semifinal. Pakistan will take on Bangladesh in the other semifinal.
