Ramanathapuram AIADMK functionaries removed from primary membership

The AIADMK on Saturday removed four party functionaries in Ramanathapuram district from their primary membership and party posts.

The party’s general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami, in a statement, said KMA. Seeman Maraikayar, Mandapam Town Panchayat party secretary, L. Seeni Khadarmohiddeen, district fishermen wing joint secretary, Mandapam Town Panchayat party district representative, M.A. Bakkar, district fishermen wing joint secretary, and S. Hameed Abdulrahman Maraikayar, Mandapam Town Panchayat information technology wing’s joint secretary, were removed from the primary membership of the party for functioning in a way that contradicted the party’s principles, for deviating from party’s legal norms, for disrupting organisational discipline and for bringing disrepute to the party.
