Ola Electric launches Hyperservice Centres with same-day service

The first Hyperservice is now operational in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, with plans to upgrade select service centres across the country in the coming weeks, it said.
According to the company, its customers can now get their vehicles serviced on the same day, without any additional cost. Each centre has a dedicated customer lounge, free Wi-Fi, and real-time digital visibility across servicing stages.
This expansion follows the EV maker’s announcement of scaling up its Hyperservice into an open platform, whereby Ola’s genuine parts, diagnostic tools, and service training modules are made available to independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators across India. These parts can be purchased directly through the Ola Electric Customer app.

“As part of the ongoing service upgrade, we are reimagining many of the fundamental aspects of the service experience. We see it as a core part of Ola ownership, and it needs the same level of innovation as the product itself. With Hyperservice Centres, we are setting a new benchmark–same-day service guarantee. At no extra cost for any customer. This is about using technology, process redesign, and scale to remove friction and give every Ola customer a faster, simpler and more transparent service experience,” a company spokesperson said in a statement.
These new services come at a time when the Bhavish Aggarwal-led firm is significantly losing market share to peers like Ather Energy, TVS Motor, and Bajaj Auto.
Ola Electric, once the market leader in the electric two-wheeler segment, has struggled to maintain its momentum in 2025. In November, the firm managed to sell only 7,567 units, capturing a mere 7.2% of the market.
