Ravi Kishan, Mukesh Tiwari, Shubhangi Atre, Vidisha Srivastava, Aasif Sheikh, Rohitashv Gour, Brijendra Kala, along with director Shashank Bali, producers Sanjay Kohli, Umesh Kumar Bansal and Ruchir Tiwari and many others attended the launch of the trailer of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain – Fun On The Run. Ravi Kishan gave a heartfelt speech and asked the audience to support their labour of love. He even drew parallels with the recent blockbuster, Dhurandhar.

This film is releasing on February 6. On behalf of the team of this film, I request you all to spread the word. I don’t know the marketing budget of this film! But if the audience supports it, then nothing can stop a film. For instance, Dhurandhar junta ne hit karwaya tha. It became a hit due to mouth publicity. Thanks to the love of the audience, history was created. Our film is also worth it as it’ll entertain you and also make you emotional.”

At another point, he said, “It’s very important for this film to work. Bhagya mein kya likha hai, yeh koi nahin jaanta. But I hope it creates some history. Like how Dhurandhar became historic. We have shot this film in limited budget in limited days. The shooting has taken place economically despite the presence of such talented actors. If such a special film is able to pull off a decent weekend, it’ll set a benchmark for cinema. I feel that the film has that potential.”

He continued, “Aasif suffered from terrible back pain. He was struggling to walk. He had to be lifted and taken to the sets. Aisi patli kamar leke sadiyon se chale aa rahe hai yeh! Toh inka kamar inka shareer ke oopar ka hisse ko jhel nahin paa raha tha (laughs).”

Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain – Fun On The Run releases in cinemas on February 6.
