Madhavan’s response reflected both emotion and perspective on the broader significance of the award. In his own words, “I consider this not just an award, but a responsibility. I promise to carry this honour with dignity, sincerity, and a deep sense of commitment to the values it represents.” He further noted that the recognition fills his “heart … with gratitude” and that he hopes to serve with continued humility and dedication.
