Natyadharmi awards for three – The Hindu

Natyadharmi Parakkadavu, a cultural organisation, has announced its awards for artistes in various categories.

Kathakali maestro Sadanam Krishnankutty has been chosen for the Padmashree Moozhikulam Kochukuttan Chakyar Award, while Kathakali singer Kottakkal Madhu has won the Sandeep Kalathimekkad Memorial Award. Young carnatic singer Moozhikulam Harikrishnan has been selected for the Mattampillil Parameswara Menon Memorial Award.

The awards, carrying ₹10,000 each, memento, and a certificate, will be presented by by Kalamandalam Vice-Chancellor B. Ananthakrishnan on April 9 at Ramapuram Chettarikkal Temple near Parakkadavu, the organisers said.
