Animesh Roy has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Even Hospitals, where he will oversee strategy, expansion and daily operations across the company’s hospital network. The role is intended to strengthen execution as the firm expands its care delivery footprint.
Separately, Dr. Chandrika Kambam has been elevated to Director of Balloon Healthcare Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary responsible for healthcare delivery at Even Hospitals. The company said the appointment places clinical leadership closer to institutional decision-making, a structure it views as important to patient care outcomes.
Chandan Kumar has been named Chief Business Officer, taking charge of revenue growth, partnerships and go-to-market strategy across the company’s offerings.
Commenting on the changes, Mayank Banerjee, Co-founder, Even Healthcare said, “Even is what it is today because of the people who built it with us. Animesh, Dr. Chandrika, and Chandan have been at the heart of how we deliver care and central to our journey for years. They helped build Even into what it has become, and they are the right people to lead what comes next. Our growth has always been a reflection of our team’s strength. That’s exactly how we intend to keep building.”
The leadership moves come as the Bengaluru-based company expands its integrated care model spanning health benefits, hospital services and clinical delivery, with an emphasis on developing senior leadership internally.
