iPad Air with 13-inch display and 1TB storage entered India, will get tremendous performance with M4 chip

Cupertino based tech giant Apple on Monday launched the new iPad Air (2026) in India and other global markets. The company also introduced iPhone 17e along with it. The new iPad Air comes in two screen sizes – 11-inch and 13-inch and is available in both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + Cellular variants.

Powerful M4 chip and features: The new iPad Air is equipped with Apple’s latest M4 chip, which has 8-core CPU, 9-core GPU, 16-core neural engine and hardware-accelerated ray tracing support. The tablet has the option of 12GB RAM and up to 1TB storage. This iPad runs on AirOS 26 and also provides Apple Intelligence support.

Display and Camera- iPad Air (2026) has up to 13-inch Liquid Retina IPS display (2732×2048 pixels), 264 ppi pixel density and 600 nits peak brightness. This P3 comes with wide color gamut and anti-reflective coating.

Talking about the camera, it has a 12MP rear camera (4K/60fps video support) and 12MP front camera with center stage feature.

Battery and Connectivity- The tablet packs a 36.59Wh battery, which claims up to 10 hours of web browsing and video playback. For connectivity, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6 and C1X cellular model is supported.

iPad Air (2026) price in India – The 11-inch model starts at ₹64,900 (128GB). The 256GB variant is available for ₹74,900, 512GB for ₹94,900 and 1TB model for ₹1,14,900. For the Wi-Fi + Cellular model, you will have to pay ₹ 15,000 more for each variant.

The starting price of the 13-inch version is ₹84,900 (128GB). The 256GB model is available for ₹94,900, 512GB for ₹1,14,900 and 1TB variant for ₹1,34,900. You will have to spend an additional Rs 10,000 for its cellular version. The tablet is available for sale in Blue, Purple, Space, Gray and Starlight color options.
