7000mAh battery and 100W charging, Vivo’s new flagship will become a powerhouse, its first glimpse will be seen in MWC 2026.

Vivo is preparing to introduce its next flagship Vivo X300 Ultra. The company had already launched Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, and now it has confirmed the launch of the Ultra variant in the international market. The device will be globally previewed at the Mobile World Congress 2026, which will be held in Barcelona between March 2 and 5.

The company claims that this device will be the most advanced step ever in the field of mobile imaging and video technology. Although official specifications have not been revealed, leaked reports have indicated several major upgrades.

Vivo X300 Ultra can get a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display, which will support 120Hz refresh rate. For performance, it can be provided with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset based on 3nm process. The phone is expected to have the option of up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.

Camera may be its biggest feature. According to reports, it can get 200MP main sensor, 200MP periscope telephoto lens and 50MP ultra-wide camera. At the same time, a 50MP selfie camera can be provided in the front.

Talking about battery, it can be provided with a large 7000mAh battery, which will support 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. This smartphone can run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Also, it is likely to get IP68 and IP69 rating.
