Samsung Galaxy M17e 5G launch date confirmed, entry is on March 17, will get 6000mAh battery and AI features

Tech company Samsung has announced that its new smartphone Samsung Galaxy M17e 5G will be launched in India this month. This smartphone will be launched in the Indian market on March 17. However, the company has not yet disclosed its price. The phone will be available in two color options – Vibe Violet and Blitz Blue.

Possible features of Samsung Galaxy M17e 5G- Samsung Galaxy M17e 5G will have a 6.7-inch HD + display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate. It also has Adaptive Brightness and High Brightness Mode (HBM), through which the brightness of the screen automatically adjusts according to the surrounding light.

Talking about the design, this phone will be 8.2mm thin and will have a GFRP back panel. Additionally, it will get IP54 rating, due to which it will be safe from dust and light water splashes.

Powerful processor and software
This smartphone will be equipped with MediaTek Dimension 6300 5G chipset. It will have two Cortex-A76 performance cores (2.4GHz) and six Cortex-A55 efficiency cores (2.0GHz). For graphics, it has ARM Mali-G57 GPU, which will support multimedia and casual gaming.

The phone will run on One UI 8 based on Android 16. The company claims that it will get 6 generation Android updates and 6 years of security updates. For security, it has been provided with Samsung Knox Vault, which has EAL5+ certification.

AI Features and Camera
Features like Now Bar, Live Location and Large Folders will be available in the phone. Along with this, Google Gemini AI support and Circle to Search feature will also be provided in it.

Talking about camera setup, it will have 50MP primary camera and 2MP depth sensor. An 8MP front camera has been provided for selfies and video calls.

6000mAh large battery
For power, Samsung Galaxy M17e 5G has a large battery of 6000mAh. According to the company, this battery can provide long backup during video streaming, browsing and social media use.
