Smartphone brand Poco has confirmed the launch date of its new Poco X8 Pro series. According to the company, this new series will be presented through an online event on March 17. This series may include models like Poco X8 Pro and Poco X8 Pro Max. Although the company has not yet disclosed the complete specifications of these phones, but many of their features and possible prices have been revealed in the reports.
Poco X8 Pro series launch event- According to Poco, this launch event will be held on March 17 at 5:30 pm (IST). While sharing the teaser on social media platform X, the company has indicated that the new smartphones will focus on better performance.
Processor and performance
According to reports, MediaTek’s latest processors can be given in Poco X8 Pro series. Poco X8 Pro is expected to get MediaTek Dimension 8500 Ultra chipset. MediaTek Dimension 9500s processor can be given in Poco X8 Pro Max.
According to the Geekbench listing, the Pro Max model will run on Android 16 and can be given about 12GB RAM.

According to reports, the price of Poco X8 Pro Max can start from EUR 529 (about ₹ 57,000), in which 12GB RAM + 256GB storage will be available. Whereas the price of its 12GB + 512GB variant can be around EUR 579 (about ₹ 62,000).
On the other hand, the starting price of Poco X8 Pro is said to be EUR 399 (about ₹ 43,000), in which 8GB RAM + 256GB storage will be available.

Some reports also suggest that these smartphones could be rebranded versions of Redmi Turbo 5 and Redmi Turbo 5 Pro Max.
