New Delhi. Social media platform X suddenly went down on Wednesday evening, due to which millions of users around the world are troubled. Thousands of users around the world are having trouble accessing it. DownDetector, a website that tracks outages, has been flooded with complaints. At present, nothing has been said by the company on the reason for this technical fault.
According to ‘DownDetector’, users started complaining of difficulty in accessing the platform from 8:17 pm onwards. By 8:30 pm, more than 4,500 users in India lodged their complaints. Not only in India, in America too, more than 14,000 users have reported outage in the last 30 minutes.
What problems are users facing?
- Feed is not refreshing: Users are getting notifications, but on updating the timeline, the message Something went wrong, try again is coming.
- Error on mobile app: Mobile users are seeing the error Cannot retrieve posts at this time.
- Links are not opening: There is also a problem in accessing the links and feeds shared on the platform.
