Apple company is preparing to launch its first foldable smartphone (iPhone Fold) in September 2026. But according to Bloomberg’s report, Mark Gurman has informed that this phone will not ship with iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. iPhone 18 series plan

Apple will launch iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max in September this year. Along with that, the foldable iPhone Fold can also be unveiled. But models like normal iPhone 18, iPhone 18 Air and iPhone 18e can be launched in spring next year. Apple is planning to divide the iPhone launch into two parts in future. Fmcsx Pro series is set to be launched in Fall in September and the remaining models in Spring next year.

Talking about the price, the estimated price of 256GB variant in China can be CNY 15,999 (approximately Rs 2,14,400) and in America it can be $ 1,999 (approximately Rs 1,84,700). In some reports it has been said to be more expensive than $2,000.

Why is the launch being delayed?

The display technology of foldable phones is very difficult. There are challenges in production. It has been said in the report that there is always a slight delay in such new and complex form factors.
